ParkMobile app now required. As of October 1, 2026, the City of Orlando has removed all parking meters in the downtown business district. You now need to use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking downtown. Street parking on State Lane or Orange Avenue, if available, is now $2/hour. Payment is required between 8am and 8pm, except on Sundays when parking is free.

Use the ParkDTO program to get two hours of free parking in Downtown Orlando when using the ParkMobile app. It can be redeemed up to sixteen times per account.

Arrive a few minutes early and check in at the front counter with your reservation confirmation.
Order some food or drink, including one of our famous specialty drinks, from our counter. Everything on the menu can be enjoyed in the cat lounge too.
Head into the lounge for your reserved time. Let the cats come to you, and a staff member is always nearby to help.
If a cat catches your heart, ask a staff member about adoption — same-day adoptions are always welcome.
